Organoleptic notes
This deep ruby red coloured wine is characterised by sweet cherry hints and aromatic notes of musk and thyme. Very inviting on the palate, moderately sweet, well-balanced, with a fresh and enveloping taste.
Food pairings
Recommended with red meat and game dishes and mature cheeses.

Appellation: Puglia I.G.P. Aleatico.
Varietal composition: Aleatico 100%.
Vineyards location: Cellino San Marco (BR).
Harvest: In order to have an overmaturation of grape, the harvest time is around the third decade of September. The manual
harvesting is carefully portrayed to select the best grapes.
Vinification: Crushing and de-stemming followed by 12-15 days
of resting over the skins. Then drawing, malolactic fermentation
and aging in barriques.
Aging: In stainless steel – barrique.
