Organoleptic notes

Bright and intense. With its vivid straw colour, anticipates the fragrant tropical fruity smell. Light mark of citrus followed by sweet almonds and hazelnut. Equilibrium, freshness and the right sapidity give to this wine a long and persistent final.

Food pairings

Mushrooms tagliatelle, baked potatoes.
According to tradition: broad beans and chicory, fried eel from Lesina lake, baked gilthead bream.
Serving temperature: 8°C.

Varietal composition: Chardonnay 100%.
Vineyards location: Cellino San Marco (BR) – San Donaci (BR).
Training: Espalier (5.000 stumps).
Harvest: Second decade of August.
Vinification: Soft crushing and de-stemming. Must is cooled at 10°C for a natural clarification. Then alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel barrel at 15°C.
Aging:In stainless steel until bottling.
