Organoleptic notes

Stew coloured yellow, bright and clear. The aromatic quality of fiano dominates the olfactory sensations of this wine with strong intensity. Plum, apple, tilia and aromatic herbs. Fresh and saline taste. Ends in balanced fruity marks.

Food pairings

Pureed asparagus soup, bavette with pesto.
According to tradition: seafood tartare, “ciceri e trie” (chickpea and pasta), squids and potatoes.
